Plans are at an early stage for The Circuit of Ulster Targa Rally. Our aim is to run a multi venue targa rally with a 1 day loop around Ulster promoted by 7 motorclubs with the aim of providing the ultimate targa rally while raising money for the NI Air Ambulance Charity.
