Connacht Motor Club are delighted to announce details of its Championship to run over all four loose surface rounds to be held in the Saehan track. The Hazelwood Championship 2010 will be classed based with the best three out of four scores to count . Points allocation will be 10 for a win, reducing by two points right down to 2 points for eight in the class with maximum points only be awarded where there are a minimum of five starters in the class on any day. Each starter outside eighth in the class will be awarded one point, and as a recognition of those loyal to all rounds a bonus two points will be awarded after the fourth round .

The Hazelwood Championship is hoped to introduce even more competition across all rounds particularly within the classes when the possibility of any class leader emerging as overall winner. Consistency is paramount under the classed based structure as second or third in a class may be as vital come the end of the year should a rival have a non finish.

Registration is free and will be automatic once entered in round one or two .
