The Munster Autocross Championship kicks off in Skibbereen on Sunday 25th of February. For 2018 the championship is supported by Daly Motor Services and Barrett International Transport. The event is also a counting round of the 2018 Skibbereen and District Car Club Championship.

The Skibbereen Club are delighted to have secured a new venue for the event and would like to thank Timmy McCarthy for making the track available to the club. Work began on the track in recent weeks and it should provide a fine challenge for competitors with each timed run measuring 1.5kms. The track is conveniently located alongside the main road close to Skibbereen town.

Being the opening round of the Munster championship and with the increased interest in autocross, the club are looking forward to a strong entry. Further information, entry forms and regs are available via the club website, link below:
