The 2300 Club is repeating last year’s successful Andy Mort Tour in memory of former club member Andy Mort.
The event is a gentle run around the finest roads in the North West. The organisers are confident that they will equal the superb route and camaraderie that they provided last year.
Navigation is via simple ‘tulip’ diagrams and distances. No expertise is required and the pace is relaxed. The purpose of the day is enjoyment.
There will be prizes for keeping to the correct route as well as best turned out car etc.
Start & Finish venue will be West Bradford Village Hall (BB7 4TE).
Morning route of approximately 65 miles.
Lunch halt (approx. 1 Hour).
Afternoon route of approximately 65 miles.
There will be some fun driving tests near the finish venue.
The Entry Fee is £50 (2 people) which will include a light breakfast and hot-pot super at the finish venue. Extra passengers cost £15.
All makes and types of vehicles are welcome.
Entry includes the 2300 Club all-star Rally Forum (see below).
More details, Regulations and entry form from the club website, link below.
The Andy Mort Tour will be followed by the 2300 Club All-Star Rally Forum.
This will follow the Andy Mort Tour in the finish venue at West Bradford Village Hall.
The 2300 Club is fortunate to have some star names amongst its members and friends. The forum will be hosted by Ian Grindrod and panellists will be Daniel Barritt, Daniel Harper, Ron Beecroft and John Millington.
Again the emphasis will be on fun and entertainment. Audience participation is welcome.
Entry to the forum is £10 and includes a hot-pot supper which will be served at 6.30pm.
Please reserve your ticket by email to secretary@2300club.org. (Participants in the Andy Mort Tour do not need to buy separate tickets).
These events will be a great day out with the opportunity to spend time with fellow motorsport enthusiasts.
We hope that you will be able to join us.
