Double Irish rally champion Donagh Kelly and the legendary motorsport commentator Dougie Hughes are the special guests of Skibbereen and District Car Club for this weekend's presentation ceremony for the PlasticBags.ie Southern 4 Rally Championship and the Carbery Plastics Skibbereen & District Car Club Championship. The celebrations at the Celtic Ross Hotel, Rosscarbery in West Cork will get underway at 7.30pm.
