"FAT ALBERT STAGES 2014 It is with great regret that Tavern MC and RAFMSA announce the cancellation of the 2014 Fat Albert Stages .

There is a major project being undertaken at Keevil Airfield by the MoD starting in the summer and after due considera tion, the two motor clubs have decided that there are too many issues surrounding this to enable the event to run.

We have enjoyed 15 very successful events at Keevil being voted best ACSMC and best ASWMC tarmac event on several occasions and we thank the officials, marshals and competitors for their part in that.

We are monitoring the situation at the airfield and will continue to do so as the works progress with a view to returning there in the future depending on the eventual road layout."
