Friday 30th August again see’s a unique event take place in the forests around Draperstown with Magherafelt Motor Clubs PPP Group Sunset Rally.
Speaking at the rally Launch COC Bridget Donnelly said that interest in the rally was high with almost 20 entries received already for the 50 places.
‘The Rally seems to grab both competitors and spectators attention as the sight and sounds of the cars in the dark amongst the trees is something that is only experienced on this event’ said Bridget.
Starting from the Corner House in Draperstown at 19:31 crews get one run through the forests in daylight before service at McGeehan Motorsport where crews will bolt on the spot lights for the thrill of doing the two stages again this time in the dark.
