On July 4th and 5th the Tipperary Motorclub will run their now famous Hillclimb weekend which is part of the 2009 Hill climb Championship. The event will be held on the old cork road out of Dungarvan, known locally as the sweep.
Clerk of the course Christine O'Leary has been working for the last few months putting together and tying up all the loose ends to ensure a successful weekend on the hill.
The entry fee for a single day is €150 and €250 for both days.
The event is open to Formula Libre, Formula Vee racing cars and also all forms of Rally cars so an exciting display of cars will be on show.
Christine will require up to 40 marshals on both days to ensure a safe and sucessful running of the event so anyone interested in helping out please contact Christine O'Leary or any member of the Tipperary motor club .
