The Championship will be co-promoted by three motor clubs namely Monaghan, Cavan and Midland.

It is to be held from October 2008 until March 2009 and will include a total of six events.
A competitor counts his/her best five performances from these six events.
Competitors must start at least one (1) event run by each promoting club.
