In particular, this year we are working with the National Centre for Inherited Metabolic Disorders, Temple Street Children’s Hospital - to raise urgently needed funds towards the expansion of the National Centre to improve research and treatment of patients with rate metabolic genetic or ‘orphan diseases’
In 2004 “Rally 4 Charity” raised €20,000. This year Michael Cooper has teamed up with the Cork based O’Mahony Rally Team to take part in the Circuit of Ireland. The Team will be headed up by former National Champion Frank O’Mahony who will be partnered by RTE personality and rally competitor, Michael Lyster.
The Motorsport community have been very generous over the last four years, and now we seek additional help to raise money for Temple Street Children’s Hospital who have asked us to lend our support to help the “Metabolic Unit’s request” for vital funding. This unit diagnoses potentially fatal disorders in new born infants. Early detection is vital in long term survival of new born infants. To date many have been diagnosed and treated successfully. However, not all stories are happy ones….
With your help we can make things better so please support our Rally 4 Charity Team for Temple Street.
This Easter you can donate to
