Derek Coleman & Conor Maguire Win Irelands Premiere Navigation Title
Cootehill based driver Derek Coleman along with Navigator Conor Maguire from Stranooden Co.Monaghan, secured the National Navigation C’Ship for 2003/2004 after the final round held recently in Monaghan. The pair showed consistent form throughout the season, which contains 7 competitive events across the country.

The title as always was fiercely fought right to the end, and eventually resulted in a tie decider on the final Monaghan event. Derek and Conor came out on top of the tie to claim their first National Navigation Title. Although both being involved in competitive Navigation for many years, the 2003/2004 season was Derek & Conors first attempt at the National Title - and it proved to be very successful.
