The ALMC Motor Club are celebrating their 50th Anniversary this year with a Gala Dinner at City North Hotel, Gormanston, Co Meath on Saturday 14th December.

"THIS YEAR 2013, ALMC (or Aer Lingus Motor Club as most of you still know it) IS 50 YEARS OLD AND WE HAVE DECIDED TO ORGANISE OUR OWN “GATHERING”.

To achieve this, we are planning to hold a 50th Anniversary Dinner on Saturday 14th December in City North Hotel, Gormanston, with guest speakers, a collection of memorabilia and some light music.

We would love to see as many of our previous members, competitors, helpers and friends join us to celebrate this auspicious occasion – we have over the years obviously lost touch with some of those people we would like to see there, so if you are in contact with anyone that has been involved over the last half-century, please let them know or get them to contact us.

We don’t aim to limit this to only past club members but would be delighted to see anyone that has been associated with the club in any way over the last 50 years.

Also if you have any old photos, programs, t-shirts or any other memorabilia, please let us know – anything lent to us will be looked after and returned after the event.

The cost of this once in a century evening is only €40.00 to include dinner with wine and some light entertainment, and we have also negotiated a deal with the hotel for rooms at €69.00 per room with complimentary late check-out.
