"South Hams Motor Club would have lost a minimum of £2,000 before a wheel had been turned if we went ahead with this year's Kynaston Auto Services Stages.

Unfortunately the numbers just do not add up. It's therefore with deep regret that I and the club have decided to CANCEL this year's event. (Regulations Article 7.14 )

I can only apologise for this, it is a great disappointment and I would thank YOU for your support and putting in an entry. Your entry fee will be refunded in full / cheque returned.

For me it's the culmination of 6 months volunteer work, time and expense - Trust me it was not an easy decision to make.

We hope to announce a new date in the near future when we will hold a test day at the venue - As the cows still need feeding and we don't want to let Lloyd Stevens and the other landlords down as for them the rally does provide a source of income. I hope you understand my decision and hope to see you at some point on the stages during the year."
