Prizegiving / Marshals Draw

The prize giving for this weekends Hillclimb/Sprint will take place on Saturday evening in Conlon’s pub in Booleigh, a BBQ will be available to all competitors, marshals and officials.

On Sunday evening the prize giving will be held in the Lord Bagenal Hotel Leighlinbridge. Directions to the hotel are as follows, drive along the competition route straight through at the Square Right continue a short drive to the next village; turn right at the bottom of the hill in the village the hotel is located on the left. There is ample parking available at the hotel. Finger food will be available to all.

PR Reilly/AutoZone Carlow have come on board this year and have provided 7 prizes for our marshals. A draw will take place Sunday evening in the Lord Bagenal Hotel for the marshal’s prizes.
Prizes on offer are as follows:
6 PR Reilly Gift Packs. (Each pack will contain either car care products & or consumable products such as various fuel additives/greases/sprays) The packs range in value between €20 and €30
1 Pioneer CD/MP3 player. Valued at €100.00 All prizes are kindly supplied by AutoZone Carlow Ltd. O’Brien Road, Carlow.

Carlow Car Club will host their annual Hillclimb/Sprint weekend on June 4th and 5th the event will be counting rounds 7 & 8 of the 2011 Connaught Competition Engines Hillclimb & Sprint Championship.
Entry fee for the event is €120 for one day or €220 for both days, Clerk of the Course will be Conor Courtney and timing will be done by Cecil Orr and his team.
Competitors are asked to please take note of the fact that the event will take place in The Moate, Athy on Saturday and in Bagenalstown Co. Carlow on the Sunday.
