NEWRY MOTOR WORKS 'TIME ATTACK' TROPHY

The 2009 ECC Spelga Pass Hillclimb will incorporate the NEWRY MOTOR WORKS 'TIME ATTACK' TROPHY.
The Trophy, plus £100 in cash, will be awarded to the fastest non ANICC Hillclimb registered competitor in a 2 wheel drive Rally Car (class 4 & 5) in the overall event results.

ENTRIES OPEN FOR EAST COAST CUSTOMS SPELGA PASS HILLCLIMB 2009

Regulations and Entry Form are now available for the EAST COAST CUSTOMS SPELGA PASS HILLCLIMB.
The August 29th event will be a round of the ANICC Millers Oils Hillclimb Championship and will be held on the challenging Spelga Pass, above Hilltown, Co Down.

The 2008 event was won by British Rallycross Champion Lawrence Gibson, who's Metro 6R4 blasted up the 1250 metre course in a time of 53.4 seconds, just 0.7 seconds ahead of Richard McGimpsey's Dutton Sports car.

Spelga Pass will be the final event in the NI Hillclimb season, so don't miss your last chance for a blast on closed public roads before winter draws in.

Log on to the Rathfriland Motor Club website and download an entry form.
A £20 deposit with your entry form will secure your place on the event, so you have no excuse for not getting your entry in early.
