Higgins is crowned Champion - Brian Murphy wins the Co-drivers Championship
Wowing the crowds with a thrilling display of tactical speed on the South of England Tempest Rally, Championship rivals David Higgins and Austin MacHale went into the final round of the championship neck and neck. Remaining almost inseparable throughout the two days, David finally pulled ahead by 8.7 seconds.

Round 2 - 2004 Pirelli British Rally Championship
The McHale family had a good weekend in the Welsh International Rally, the second round of the British Championship, with Austin and co-driver Brian Murphy bringing the Sanyo Focus home second overall behind double British champion Jonny Milner, while his son Aaron and Ger McMonagle were second in the Group N Production class in their Lancer Evo.
Kris Meeke/Chris Patterson won the Super 1600 Section
Brendan Murphy and Martin Brady took second place in the National section of the rally in their Impreza.

The final round of the Pirelli British Rally Championship (PBRC), based in the army town of Aldershot in Hampshire, proved a challenging event for Peugeot Super 1600 (S1600) works driver Garry Jennings.

The fourth round of the Pirelli British Rally Championship began on the Isle of Man amid cold and damp weather conditions but finished up bright, dry and successful for Team Peugeot TOTAL. Irishman and Peugeot works driver, Garry Jennings won the Super 1600 category and finished the Manx International Rally in seventh place overall.

The Scottish International Rally - 14-15 Jun 03
The second day of the Scottish International Rally restarted from Dumfries this morning. The first stage through Fuffock Hill starting just after 7.00 am. With the day promising more glorious sunshine, it was sure to be dust and tyre wear that caused the most anxiety.

The Peugeot TOTAL British Rally Championship team have tested heavily recently in preparation for the Scottish Rally June 13-15th. The Scottish Rally is a demanding event that witnesses fast flowing stages. When dry, the hard surface makes for very dusty conditions, making visibility hard and full concentration imperative.

Team Peugeot TOTAL will put their 2002 class winning Peugeot 206 to the test at the opening round of the 2003 Pirelli International Rally on Friday and Saturday 25th & 26th April. The Super 1600 field is set to be the largest since the format of the British Rally Championship changed in 2002.

Jennings to Contest Border Counties Rally

Peugeot Sports Official Works driver Garry Jennings will contest the Border Counties Rally next weekend in Scotland. After the Rally of Wales was cancelled an alternative event was sought in order for Jennings to put more miles on his 206 Super 1600 in preparation for the demanding Pirelli Rally in April, now the 1st round of the 2003 British Rally Championship.

The official Peugeot Super 1600 Pirelli British Rally Championship team enter the seventh and final round of 2002 drivers’ championship this weekend as the series heads to Yorkshire for the Trackrod Rally.
The final round of the manufacturers’ series is the Michelin South of England Tempest Stages rally which Dale and team mate Rory Galligan will contest on the weekend of October 26/27th.

After a challenging start to the Pirelli British Rally Championship
(PBRC), the Peugeot 206 Super 1600 (S1600) official works team have
set their sights high for Wrexham Rally of Wales for the second round
of the Championship. Starting in Wrexham, Justin Dale will leave the
line at 17.02 with Rory Galligan leaving 4th at 17.04.
