Important message regarding Clare Loose Surface Autocross

Event date is July 24th
Event closing date Monday July 18th
Entries are very slow for this event
The club Directors have decided this event will run if they have a Minimum of 30 entries by next Monday evening July 18th.
At 30 entries the club will be taking a substantial loss.
As of this morning the club has received 8 entries.
Clare motor club has worked very hard to lay on good autocrosses and autocross is very much part of the club.
The club really do want to run this event.
Clare motor club truly appreciates the massive support we have received from competitors down the years and look forward to your continued support.

New Event on Motorsport Ireland Calendar

"Unfortunately due to the unavailability of a suitable grass venue, Clare Motor Club has had to cancel their upcoming Grass Autocross due to take place on Sunday 17th July 2022.
This Grass Autocross will now be organised and run by the Motorsport Ireland Autocross Commission. This event will take place in Naul, Co Dublin on Sunday 17th July 2022.
This autocross will be a round of the Shannon Trophies National Grass Autocross Championship.
Clare Motor Club will now run a loose Surface Autocross on Sunday 24th July in Doonbeg, Co Clare.
All these dates have been approved by the Motorsport Ireland Council."
