Saturday 1st April - NI Summer Championship at Aghadowey Motorsports Centre has been cancelled due to insufficient entries

"We are disappointed to have to cancel our event this weekend due to a very low number of entries received by Wednesday evening prior to the event. We have a very simple and cooperative entry system compared to other clubs and event promoters and if we do not feel comfortable about the number of entries for the event we have no alternative to cancel on financial grounds. We rely on the support of many other people, ambulance crew, toilet providers, caterers, timing team and all our marshals and support staff so we need sufficient time to cancel or confirm their booking so the latest we can make a decision is Thursday morning.

We have no idea why the interest in this event was so poor as there is no particular reason. The only thing that may come from it is the importance of the need to make an entry prior to the preceding Wednesday rather than just turning up on the day.

We now look forward to Round Two of The RSA Irish Championship which will be held at Tynagh on the 16th April and entries are now available. Additional event details will be available here next week."
