New Rally Classes in Irish Hillclimbing Championship

You love rallying as your sport. It is your discipline but, just at the moment, you can’t afford €800 Entry + fuel, tyres etc. Don’t despair here is a short term solution, go Hillclimbing with your rally car.
This year the Irish Hillclimb & Sprint Championship has new rally car classes just for you!!
No modifications what so ever are needed to your car, helmet, HANS, cage and fire extinguisher as you have these already.
Entry fee is €250 for a two day event; one set of tyres will do the whole Championship; 20 litres of fuel will do for the whole weekend instead of 200 litres.
Compete against your usual rally rivals on some of the most epic pieces of road in Ireland.
But much more than all that, bring your family and enjoy a great social weekend. The Championship kicks off Saturday 22nd April in Ballyvaughan, Co. Clare. For further Championship information & dates visit www.irishhillclimb.com

Note: Rally cars must run “Rally Ready” – to include tyres, seats etc but without a co-driver!
‘Bantam Saloon Class’ (Class 1A)
Production / Modified production saloons up to 1400cc.
Roadsters’ up to 1400cc.
Rally cars up to 1650cc not more than 2 valves per cylinder.
‘2 Litre Rally Class’ (Class 8)
Rally cars up to 1650cc with more than 2 valves per cylinder.
Rally cars up to 2100cc with not more than 2 valves per cylinder.
‘3 Litre Rally Class’ (Class 9)
Rally cars 1651cc – 2100cc with more than 2 valves per cylinder.
Rally cars 2101cc - 3000cc with not more than 2 valves per cylinder.
‘Unlimited Rally Class’ (Class 10)
Rally cars over 2100cc with more than 2 valves per cylinder.
Rally cars over 3000cc with not more than 2 valves per cylinder.
All 4WD Rally cars.
