MUNSTER AUTOCROSS CHAMPIONSHIP LEADERBOARD UPDATE

As on 4 of the 7 rounds of the championship are to count and 3 bonus points are on offer for each additional round competitors complete, the leader board looks as follows;c1. Joe McHale 76 points 2. James Lucey 74 points Whitby Moynan 72 points 4. Conor McCarthy 66 points.
The top 3 positions remain to be decided next thursday.Ties will be decided in favour the competitor with the greatest no of overall wins etc. Competitors are looking forward to Cork Motor Clubs new track in Coachford.

Cork Motor Club's Christmas Autocross moves to Coachford for 2012

CMC's annual Christmas Autocross, which takes place on Thursday, December 27, has moved from East Cork to West Cork for 2012.
The venue will be at Michael Cronin’s Quarry, Rockgrove, Coachford, Co Cork, where COC Donal Healy has laid out an excellent course of approximately 2kms distance. The location will be signposted from Coachford village.

Check-in and Scrutiny takes place from 9 to 10am on the day, with the first timed run to start at 11am. The event will consist of three timed runs, with the best time to count. The event is the first round of Cork Motor Club's Drivers championship for 2013 and also the final round of the 2012 Munster Autocross Championship. The organisers reserve the right to increase or decrease the number of timed runs.
