The Second classic ford for Cystics Fibrosis Run will take place on the 30th of August.
The event will start in Mallow

(MEETING PLACE FOR THE START OF THE RUN IS THE ROUNDABOUT TAVREN IN MALLOW THATS THE BAR , RESTAURANT ON THE LEFT AT THE ROUNDABOUT ON THE MAIN CORK LIMERICK ROAD IN MALLOW)

Entry fee in this time of recession is still €20 euros
All proceeds will go to "Build 4 Life " in the C.U.H.

The run will start in Mallow leaving at 11.30 AM then unto Kanturk, Taur, Abbeyfield ( Stop in Abbeyfield for appox 20mins) onwards to Newcastle West, Rourkes Cross, Charleville ( Stop for 20-30 mins) back to Mallow for tea if you want then home.
