Carlow MC RallySprint - Mondello - 27-28 Dec '99

EVENT:- This is an Open event organised by The Carlow Car Club over a closed loop consisting of the race and rallycross circuits. There will be one familiarisation run followed by at least 3 timed runs.

PERSONNEL:-Double driving will be permitted. Both driver and co-driver may be carried provided both are signed on and co-driver must display a competition licence (with photo) while on the stage. Crash Helmets and clothing of the approved type (R.I.A.C. Year Book 1999) must be worn at all times while competing on the stage.

CAR:- Any type of car is allowed to compete provided it complies with R.I.A.C. Regulations governing this type of event. Studded tyres are NOT permitted.

ENTRIES:- Open immediately and close on Monday 20th December 1999 and must be made on the official entry form accompanied by a fee of £65.00 or £120 to cover both rallysprints (27/12/99 & 28/12/99). (including Personal Accident Insurance) and sent to

Entries will be limited. The club reserve the right to refuse an entry without having to assign a reason and to amalgamate classes if insufficient entries are received.

CLASSES:-

1. All Group N and A cars
2. Modified rally cars up to 1350 c.c.
3. Modified rally cars 1351 c.c. - 1650 c.c.
4. Modified rally cars 1651 c.c. - 2150 c.c.
5. Rallycross cars up to 1650 c.c.
6. Rallycross cars 1651 c.c. - 2000 c.c.
7. All modified rally cars and rallycross cars exceeding 2150cc
8. Fiat Unos as per 1999 year book
All cars in classes 2, 3 and 4 must comply with road traffic requirements.
