Fiesta SportingTrophy UK announces 2007 calendar.
Following the success of the inaugural Fiesta SportingTrophy UK season the calendar for 2007 has been announced with two new events on the line-up.

Starting in March with the Malcolm Wilson Rally, the season will once more take in eight events, six on gravel and two on asphalt.

The Manx National Rally and the McRae Stages are the two replacements to the season which will end once more with the Bulldog Rally in October. With one event per calendar month, an equal spread of quality events will test the drivers and see the close competition continue for another year.

1. 3rd March Malcolm Wilson Rally Gravel
2. 21st April Pirelli National Rally Gravel
3. 11-12 May Manx National Rally Asphalt
4. 2nd June Severn Valley Rally Gravel
5. 21st July Swansea Bay Rally Gravel
6. 26th August Mewla Rally Asphalt
7. 29th September McRae Stages Gravel
8. 20th October Bulldog Rally Gravel

The six best scores from the eight rallies will count towards the championship, which will now reflect scoring down to 20th place. There is a prize fund of £23,500 for the championship with £750 for a winner on each round down to £75 for eighth.
The overall Fiesta SportingTrophy UK champion will win a Fiesta ST road car. The top two finishers in the championship plus a wildcard will compete in an end of season Fiesta SportingTrophy UK to win The Apprentice place at M-Sport. Further sponsor awards 7 regulations will be announced in due course.
