Alan Ring with co driver Adrian Deasy are the 2007 Top Part West Coast Rally Champions with one round to go.
The Kerry/West Cork Crew take the title with one round remaining the Kerry Mini Stages Rally.
The Munster Joinery Supported Impreza 12B has proved to be very competitive all year; This is Alan’s second Top Part Win also taking the title in 2005.
For Adrian this will be his first Championship Win and will give them a confidence boost going into Rally Ireland.
Ruan’s Anthony O Halloran takes second in the championship proving once again that he is one of the best 2 wheel drive competitors in the country, This is the Manta 400 driver’s best result in the championship having finished 3rd in 2000.
3rd Overall in the Championship will be decided on the Final Round the Kerry Mini Stages Rally Competitors who will be trying to fill the Final Podium place are Current holder of 3rd Overall Galway’s Tom Curley Evo 9. 4th Overall and leading 2 Wheel drive is Kerry’s Mike Quinn Escort RS. 5th Overall is Jack Sleator, 6th and 7th Place’s are held by Galway’s Crews Sean Lyons Impreza 12B is Leading Group N and Pat Kelly Group A Impreza both have a chance of a Top Three Championship finish should Curley or Quinn have problem’s. In 8th is Ray Hilliard Evo 9 and in 9th The Flamboyant Garry Reidy Escort RS and 10th Tim Enright Evo 4.

Adrian Deasy is the Champion for 2007,
Galway’s Paul Horan is Second and Mick Courtney is 3rd and they will battle it out with 4th place Sean Enright, 5th Andrew Purcell, 6th John Devine and 7th Paddy Robinson all trying for that Overall Championship Position. In 8th are Senan Raggett 9th Martin Flynn and 10th Stephen Buckley.
Barry Ryan and Donal Falvey are the 2007 Top Part West Coast Junior Rally Champions
The Mark 2 Crew dominated the series by taking 5 maximum scores and one runner up position from there six starts to be Crowned Champions with one Round Remaining

Alan Ring/Adrian Deasy lead the Top Part West Coast Rally Championship
Castleislands Alan Ring Leads the Top Part West Coast Rally Championship after round 3 The Circuit of Munster Stages Rally
The 2005 Champion in his Munster Joinery Backed Group N Subaru leads by 6 points from Clare’s Anthony O Hallorlan Manta 400. Third is the 2006 Champion Aaron McHale in a Ford Focus WRC. Jack Sleator is fourth in his newly acquired Subaru S12 WRC.
Galway’s Tom Curley is fifth and leading Group N. Mark Courtney drops to sixth with Mike Quinn seventh and the leading two-wheel drive. Garry Reidy moves into eight in the ex Enda Keenan Escort, Willie Fannin is ninth and Ed Synan completing the top ten.
West Cork’s Adrian Deasy is the top co driver after round 3 with Andrew Purcell second and Conor Foley third. Kerry’s Sean Enright is fourth followed by Patrick Naughton in fifth, Mick Courtney holds sixth from Kieran Cusack seventh Paul Horan moves into eight place with Jim Casey dropping to ninth and Derek Brannigan tenth.
Round 4 of the Championship takes us to our First of two Mini Stage Rallies in the Championship the Birr Motor Club Promoted Templemore Arms Hotel & Bourke Auto Glass Mini Stages Rally being held on Sunday July the 15th

McHALE IS TOPS
2006 Top Part Champion Aaron Mc Hale made the perfect start to defending his title for 2007 by scoring maximum points on the opening two rounds of the series.
Aaron in his Ford Focus WRC took maximum points on The Birr Stages Rally and The Club Fabric Circuit of Kerry Stages Rally to lead the Championship In second place is the 2005 Top Part Champion Alan Ring in his Munster Joinery supported Subaru Impreza 12B. In third and new to the series for 2007 is Mark Courtney in his Ex Works Toyota Celica.
Clares Anthony O Halloran in a Manta 400 is the Leading two wheel drive competitor in fourth. Leading Group N and fifth overall is Willie Fannin. Galway’s Tom Curley is sixth with West Limerick Rally Spares Aidan Walsh in seventh. Former Champion Niall Maguire is eight; Sean Gallagher is ninth with Jack Sleator rounding off the top ten.
Leading Co Driver in the series is West Corks Adrian Deasy co driver to Alan Ring. Monaghans Conor Foley is second with Mick Courtney third. Paul Horan lies in fourth followed by Clerk of the Course for the Clare Stages Rally Jim Casey in fifth. Derek Branningan is sixth ,Paul Mc Loughlin is in seventh place .2006 Championship Winning Co Driver Enda Sherry is eight followed by Andrew Purcell in ninth and Larry O Halloran in tenth.

West Coast Rally Championship adds a new round - Birr Motor Clubs Mini Stages Rally
Top Part West Coast Rally Championship adds a new round for 2007 Birr Motor Clubs Mini Stages Rally to be held on Sunday July 15th 2007 will become a counting round of the Top Part Series.
The Championship will consist of 7 rounds with the best 5 to count.
The championship will now be made up of 5 Multi Stage Rallies and 2 Mini Stage Rallies.
The inclusion of the Birr Event will fill the 12 week break between The Circuit of Munster and the Galway Summer Rally.
