Donie O'Sullivan has been forced to withdraw from Mayo this weekend, due to business commitments. Donie and co-driver Paul Nagle will launch their National championship campagin on Round 2, the Circuit of Kerry.

They are still hoping to compete in West Cork next weekend, no decision will be made until mid next week.

Donie O'Sullivan to contest National Championship
For this season Focus WRC driver Donie O'Sullivan is making a switch to the National Championship. Donie with co-driver Paul Nagle won the opening round of last year's national championship before competing on selected rounds of the Tarmac Championship.

"The national championship suits me from a business point of view and the local media coverage the championship gets is more suited to the potential sponsors we are in discussion with," Donie told
irish-rallying.com
"We are expecting a very competitive championship this year, there are plenty of drivers capable of winning the championship and with most of rounds are new rallies to me, it certainly will be a challenge."
O'Sullivan will use the same ADR prepared Ford Focus which brought him success on last year's Circuit of Kerry and West Cork rallies.
The crew are also hoping to compete on the West Cork Rally and the Rally of the Lakes.
