The car’s assembly was completed in July 2002 the details of this well specified car include……

General
• Commissioned by an owner that wanted the best, and understood the importance of attention to detail assembly and parts quality.
• A beautifully presented left hand drive car, currently finished in “Ferrari Red” base colour and decals.
• The GpN specification assembly was finished in July 2002 by BTR Preparations in Castleford to the FIA GpN regulation set.
• Built from a new RS model base car.
• This car has had extensive and comprehensive re-preparation work undertaken between each of the events contested.
• A fully documented “life system and specification set up
sheet information database is to be provided with the car
• The car has been re-prepared and is to be sold “ready to start” an event.

Body
• Roll cage, a multipoint welded in T45 specification unit manufactured and fitted by Dave Cook Racing Services, York.
• Body shell reinforcements by Dave Cook Racing Services to BTR specifications (a comprehensive original body preparation works checklist for this car can be supplied by BTR on request)
• Finished in Red to all surfaces.
• Full BTR specification Kevlar under body, floor and fuel tank guards are fitted
• BTR specification sumpguard protection plate in 8mm Kevlar
• Motordrive Carbon seats.
• Lightweight “wide” type seat belts fitted
• Sparco steering wheel
• Coralba “C Giant” tripmeter.
• Carbon interior footrest and floor, dashboard, centre console and gearlever , rear bulkhead and parcel shelf trim panels are fitted
• Dual chamber Lifeline electric fire extinguisher system fitted
• Dedicated support stand mounting tubes fitted to the sills

Suspension
• The car is fitted with Proflex “Jumbo” half roller bearing specification, McPherson struts and rear dampers are fitted which can be adjusted to alter the rebound and high and low speed compression settings separately
• Asphalt specification spring options are available as well as the fitted UK gravel spring set – see the options list
• Full Ralliart hard grade suspension bushings are fitted

Engine
A BTR specification unit with a GEMS ECU control, Anti lag and launch control systems are active, a TLE GpN exhaust system is fitted. The current engine has had a recent full rebuild, and the next scheduled rebuild is due at 1500 stage miles. The turbocharger has been replaced

Transmission
• A GpN Quaife, homologated set B ratio “dog type” gearbox is fitted, which was assembled at BTR by Gavin Cox. The unit was very recently serviced.
• Front differential – fitted with the homologated Ralliart plate type E7 specification LSD unit, set to BTR specification. This unit has approx 50 gravel stage miles from new. Standard Helical diff is included in the price.
• Centre differential – fitted with the K2 type electronic control unit and full pressure control instrumentation. This unit has only approx 100 stage miles from new.
• Rear differential – fitted with the production plate type “Powerlok” type LSD unit - set to BTR’s specification.
• A reinforced clutch assembly is fitted.
• Staubli quick release couplings are fitted to the transfer assembly and ACD pump to ensure dirt is not introduced during servicing works. The ACD pump unit has approx 100 stage miles on it from new.

Electrical systems
• A “WRC specification” all electric master power control relay is fitted. Waterproof internal and external operating buttons are fitted
• All ancillary electrical systems operate via BTR’s professionally constructed sub-loom which is fitted additionally to the original Mitsubishi loom.
• A Hella GDL type auxiliary lamp pod assembly is included as are a pair of fog lamp pods fitted with 55w conventional lighting All additional circuits are fully fused and relays fitted as required.
• Maplight
• Poti supply plugs
• Radio supply plug
• GPS tracker supply plugs
• 2 x auxiliary 12v+ power supplies
• A full VDO auxiliary instrument set is fitted to Carbon carrier panels, all auxiliary switches are of a superior grade “aircraft” type.

Fitted additional gauges include
• oil pressure
• fuel pressure
• boost gauge
• voltmeter
• Active Centre Differential “system” and “differential” pressure

Brakes
• The car is currently fitted with a gravel brake set, an asphalt set is included in the package
• The braking system is plumbed with Aeroquip® hose and fittings.

Fuel System
• The car is fitted with a production type fuel tank with a high flow rate fuel pump assembly
• The fuel system is fully plumbed with Aeroquip® hose and fittings
• An FIA specification fuel sampling valve is fitted
• An auxiliary fuel filter is added to protect the injectors

Wheels
• A set of gravel or tarmac wheels are included in the price
