LinksPENDINE STAGES RALLY 2003 - 12-13 Apr 03

After the success of the first Pendine Stages Rally held last year in South Wales, Dinefwr District Car Club are proud to announce the second running of the event.
The rally will take place over the weekend of the 12th/13th April 2003 at Pendine, Carmarthenshire South West Wales. The venue is close to the port of Fishguard or Milford Haven and was described last year in like to Epynt or Closed Road Irish events. Winning Co-Driver Paul Cook stated that the event should have it's own identity, PENDINE.

Over 90 miles of smooth tarmac all on private land with a link section along the famous Pendine Beach, where land speed record attempts were made in the early part of the 20th Century.
A full entry last year of 100 cars took part and it is expected to fill the entry early. Entries have already started to flood in. The event is part of the New Focus 3 Welsh Clubman Tarmacadam Championship 2003 and a round of the following historic championships:
- The HRCR Classic Challenge
- The R.P. Joinery Welsh Historic Campionship
Entry fee is £195.00 sterling.
Closing date for entries is Saturday 29th March 2003.
