The rally resumes on Saturday for the more traditional route through the forests at Lough Bradan, Killeter and Carrickaholten with service at Aghyaran GAA club .
The entry list is headed by Robbie McGurk, a multi-winner of the event but not a championship contender. McGurk drives a Subaru WRC from the McKinstry Motorsport camp.
McGarrity is at No.2 but will drive a Subaru Impreza 555 rather than a WRC version which he has used on previous rounds.
Reigning NI champion Denis Biggerstaff is at three in his Metro 6R4 with Donnelly at four in his Toyota Celica.
Whitford, second in the title race after his win on the previous round, the Lakeland Stages, starts at eight in the DGM team's Group N Mitsubishi Lancer which will again run in uprated specification.1 Robbie McGurk/Tony Kearns Subaru Impreza WRC 2 Derek McGarrity/James McKee Subaru Impreza 555 3 Denis Biggerstaff/Damien McCann Metro 6R4 4 Eugene Donnelly/TBA Toyota Celica Turbo 4WD 5 Kevin O'Kane/Stephen Griffiths Subaru Impreza 555 6 Glenn Allen/Adrian Johnston Ford Escort WRC 7 James Gillen/Victor Carrothers Escort RS Cosworth 8 Stephen Whitford/Mark Crowe Mitsubishi Lancer E6 9 Charlie Donnelly/John Conway Toyota Celica GT4 10 George Elliott/TBA Escort RS Cosworth
