HOGAN WINS KILLARNEY AUTOCROSS
Cathal Hogan from Balinasloe took the laurels on both days of the Killarney and District Motor Club National Autocross, which was held on the Saturday and Sunday of the August Bank Holiday Weekend. Hogan was followed closely by Championship sponsor Gordon Percy, with Ian Byrne finishing third on Saturday, and Richard Percy third on Sunday. Ger Brennan in his Fiesta Cosworth was the top saloon driver which will help in his quest for another Nationl title.

The event attracted a huge entry of almost ninety competitors, which was the biggest entry ever at a National Autocross. Proceeds are being donated to the Chernobyl Childrens fund.
