The Foxford based garage proprietor and rally car preparation specialist continues to show the way in Class 14b and the good result in the‘ Kingdom’ will help pave the way to national honours by the season end. Driving his Nissan Sunny GTi-R, James, had a new co-driver in John Rowland from Crossmolina, a former Clerk of the Course of the Mayo Stages Rally.
En-route home from the event, James expressed his delight in the successful way the season is shaping up. \"Having just lost out on winning this class in the national series last year, we are going all out to win the category this time. Thanks to the support of my main sponsors West Coast Windscreens Ballina, Dempsey Car & Van Spares Ballina and Martin McAndrew Sand & Gravel Ballina, the maximum points scored in the three rounds held to date, puts us in a strong position to achieve that aim.\"
