The 2000 Ford of Ireland Ka Championship will consist of 9 rounds, and will feature 8 tarmac and 1 gravel rounds

New to the Series are ALMC's 2 day rally in August and the Cork Forest Rally in September.

The final championship round of the Irish Ka Series, the Cork 20 International Rally, will also be the final round of the UK Ford KA Series.
