Guy Croft has over 16 years experience in race engine building and development. He has worked in every type of clubman motorsport from autograss to NHRA and spent a year working on F1 engines under Brian Hart. Guy worked as a Chief Engineer with Napier Turbochargers for 4 years and currently runs his own race engine business in Lincoln, UK.

He is a graduate of automotive engineering and has published widely on race engines. Guy has also been featured in numerous autosport magazine articles over the years and his expert advice on special tuning is sought daily by privateers seeking to get the best from their engines. He was chosen by Top Gear and Lotus to prepare the circuit race engine for the ‘Lotus Lada’, a project that was screened all over the world. Guy specialises in extreme limit flowbench development and competition cylinder head preparation.
