Event Press Release
Carrick-on-Suir Motor club presents the Suirway Single Stage Rally 2005. Preparations are well under way with the organizing committee just putting the final touches to the route. Clerk of the course and co sponsor James Coleman has selected a tough 10 mile stage in Rathgormack, Co. Waterford not far from Carrick which promises a thrilling days action for both competitor and spectator alike. A programme and stage map will be available from selected shops and petrol stations in the Carrick on Suir area on the 24th. First car is due to start the event at approximately 10am on Sunday 25th , with an entry list comprising of some of the best 2 wheel-drive competitors in the country.
