Leading Irish Drivers were Joe Curran & Sebastian Stacpoole who finished level on time, with the tie Break going to Curran

Tom Holton in his Toyota Celica GT-Four (205) Sebastian Stacpoole in a Lancer Evo 6 Joe Curran in a Gp N Subaru Imprexa Galway driver Kevin McCarthy in an Evo 8 and Trevor Harding in his Group A Subaru Impreza Tom and Sebastian have competed on the event for the last 3 years, Joe Curran competed on it last year. There is 225 kms of stages over 22 stages with night stages on Saturday night. There is a spectator stage each day in a Industrial estate which usually gets up to 30,000 spectators. They have there biggest entry for years in the international section with 100 cars, with the top 40 nearly all 4 wheel drive with a hand full of S1600 and 2ltrs kit cars.
