Great Season Opener for Group Motors Rallying

The Group Motors Rallying Team of Kieran O'Neill and Dairmuid Falvey tackled the first round of the 023 Tiles Southern Four Rally Championship last weekend - The West Cork Rally. After weeks of preparation for the event, GMR came to West Cork will armed with their Kit Kat backed Opel Kadett GTe hoping for some great results after nearly a years lay off.

After two flat out days of rallying with some very tough competition, GMR came out on top with a  14th overall  and  Class  13 Victory. As well as their excellent class victory, the West Belfast team also took 1st NI Crew home, 1st in class for the Get Connected Championship and they are currently an excellent  3rd overall in the Southern Four Rally Championship.

Next up on the GMR calendar is the Killarney International Rally held on the weekend of the 4th/5th May. Again GMR will be looking for more excellent results. Please keep up to date on the teams new website at www.groupmotors.com
