The Irish Rally Competitors Association is holding an Open Forum on Turesday 30th November 1999 in the Carngrove Hotel, Portadown at 8 pm sharp.

The meeting is open to all - the future of motor sport depend on you.

Apologies for the late notice - I only found out about it today.
