This document was compiled by the Rallies Committee over a number of months and was then circulated to all clubs for their comments. The final draft was approved by th Motor Sport Commission last month.

    Four additional Single stage rallies for clubmen - no class 4, 8, 12, 13 allowed

    Increse in the number of starters to 150 - if a stage location is not used more than twice

    Four additional dates for forestry events

    Test stages on the day prior to a two or three day event - subject to usual safety standards
