04/12/07 Historic points after Killarney available: 04/11/07 Championship Points after Round 5 16/01/07 023 Tiles continue as Title Sponsor The organisers of the 2007 Southern 4 Rally Championship are delighted to announce the continuation of their association with 023 Tiles of Cork and Bandon. This is the 6th year in succession that 023 Tiles have acted as title sponsors and their assistance has ensured the continued success of the championship. The 2007 023 Tiles Southern 4 Rally Championship will begin once again with the West Cork Rally in March and a new departure for the championship this year is the inclusion of a junior class.Eligibilty for the Junior class will be as per Motorsport Ireland Yearbook for 2007 and there will be awards for the top three junior finishers in the Championship. The qualifying events are as follows: 1.The Quality Hotels West Cork Rally (17th/18th of March) 2.Killarney International Rally of The Lakes (4/6th of May) 3.Ravens Rock Stages Rally (24th June) 4.Cork "20" International Rally (28th/30th of Sept) 5.Fastnet Stages Rally(28th Oct) 6.Killarney Historic Stages Rally.(Historics only) (1st/2nd of Dec). Competitors must register at Documentation Scrutiny at the qualifying rallies. Best 4 scores will count for the championship and competitors have to start a minimum of three events to qualify for awards. Points scored in one class may not be transferred to another. Championship registration fee is €40 per competitor or €60 per crew. Full details and regulations are available on Championship Rounds
