Next weekend 13th May 2006, Newry and district Motor club are Running a Round of the Northern Ireland Hillclimb championship. All the regular hill climb boys have entered and over 30 rally cars to date

Rally entires include - Wesley patterson, Martin Taggart, Norman, Steven, Brian Armstrong, John Waring, Craig Bennett all in there mkII's The Event is based between the village of Gilford and Banbridge.
The hill is just over a mile long and features 3 good junctions, which make access and spectating very easy.

The events starts about 10.30, with two practice runs up the hill and two timed runs, and if time permits a third timed run will take place.
