Ford signs Marcus Grönholm to drive new Focus RS WRCPosted: October 12, 2005 10:32 AM - 4710 Hits Ford of Europe has signed twice former world champions Marcus Grönholm and Timo Rautiainen to drive the all-new Focus RS World Rally Car in the FIA World Rally Championship. Thirty-seven-year-old Grönholm is acknowledged as one of the very best and
one of the most experienced drivers in the WRC. He made his world rally
debut in 1989 and has started 115 full world rallies. He has won 18 events
and was World Champion in 2000 and 2002. Forty-year-old Rautiainen has
partnered him in all his successes.
