SEAN LYONS AND JOHN DEVINE ARE THE TOP PART WEST COAST RALLY CHAMPIONS FOR 2003 Thanks to R. Talbot The Galway Motor Club crew of Sean Lyons and John Devine will be crowned Top Part West Coast Rally Champions for 2003, at the Championships Gala Dinner and Prizegiving to be held in the Mount Brandon Hotel Tralee, on Saturday January the 17th 2004. Photos: Ger Leahy The Galway crew took there Ford Escort to 4th Overall and score maximum points on the final round of the championship, the Kerry Single Stage Rally.
