Skibbreen & District car Club are delighted to be kicking of the first round of the 5 Star Catering National Loose surface Autocross Championship. Long standing club member Richard Bradfield is taking control of the helm as C.O.C for the event along with the able hands of Sean Hayde.
The historic venue of Campbels pit Grancore Clonakilty is where the action will take place, the track is challenging 1.2km long combination of loose gravel and concrete, a worthy test for competitors far and wide.
The event is hoped to draw large crowds of competitors and spectators so be there early the gates of the event are open from 9:30am, scrutiny starts at 10:15am with first run commencing at 11:30am.
The C.O.C has asked to covey that all spectators and competitors obey all marshals/officials on the event to insure a safe and enjoyable day of motorsport.

SDCC are running a loose surface autocross 17th February 2013. It will be a round of the new national autocross championship sponsered by 5 Star Catering, the SDCC club championship sponsered by Carbery Plastics and the Munster championship. To be held in Campbells pit, Clonakilty.
