FOR SALE Corsa C wide track clubmans S1600 spec rally car. JRE 1600 16v engine giving 208bhp/130lbft on Weber throttle bodies with IMG filter and MBE 967 management has only covered less than 100 competition miles since rebuild by John Read. Oil recirculating breathing system, 16 row oil cooler and bespoke alloy radiator with twin omex fans running off a thermostat and over ride switch. The car is mapped and runs on Shell Optimax pump fuel. Competition 4-2-1 exhaust manifold with competition 63mm twin box system with Tony Law 100 cell "cat" and re packable rear box. Riccardo 6 speed sequential box, with adjustable ramp diff, with recent bespoke equal length race spec driveshafts, tripod inner joints and Vectra challenge outer CVs. (CV snap ring grooves repositioned to remove stress raising undercuts) AP alloy clutch assembly with 3 paddle plate. Optical Flat shift and launch control....some spare gears to change top end speeds. Gearbox has covered approx. 100 miles since rebuild by Wizard Motorsport with new second gears and CWP. "Works" spec front subframe conically mounted by ex Meeke engineer with wide track adjustable lower arms and adjustable reaction struts. All re engineered, manufactured and set up by Andy Gwynne at Gwynnespeed. 10mm Alloy sumpguard. AST adjustable front suspension, concentric alloy roller top mounts, 2 ? coil springs and helper springs. AP 5040 4pot calipers with 330mm discs with alloy bells and pagid RS15 pads on 5 stud hubs. Alloy adjustable Vectra Challenge uprights. Heavy duty outer CVs. Adjustable bias braking pedal box with dashboard adjuster. Carbon fibre/kevlar body kit, including wings, bumpers, hatchback & bonnet. Perspex front windows with sliders, standard bonded rear side windows with film and Perspex contoured rear hatch screen (huge weight saving) Professional bespoke alloy radiator with x2 10? slimline fans hard wired through thermostat and override switch. Lightweight red top battery, aircraft spec wiring loom, professionally wired throughout. Wide track Vauxhall fixed rear beam with vertical turreted 3 way Proflex, 5 stud hubs and 2 pot calipers with 276mm solid discs and recent Pagid blues. Seam Welded and strengthened 2002 shell with 17 rolled tubs. Sill mounted stands (with x4 WRC styles stands supplied) Huge spec t45 roll cage double rear x bars, belt bars, double x door bars, forward triangulation to struts platform. Stack dashboard, with led gear shift light and LED gear position, Vertical gear lever and vertical handbrake, Adjustable Electric PAS column, Electric heated front windscreen, Driver and nav footplates, Electric fire extinguisher, carbon fibre roof vent, carbon fibre dash panels, Internal hyd line lock. spare wheel holder. Bias braking adjuster. Aeroquip steel braided pipework throughout (all fluids). Prodrive Motordrive carbon fibre seats.
